How to Request a Duty Swap
NB if you do this on your mobile use landscape or scan right to make sure you aren't missing something.
- Login to your user area on the club website using your email address and password - the 'Login' button is top right, Black text on Blue, so not immediately obvious.
- Click on "Duty Rotas". There's information on the operation of the rota on this page.
- Click on "Click here to view the rota"
- Click on "My Duties" in the right hand menu
- On the unsuitable duty click on "Request a Swap"
- Available duties are displayed. NB The time displayed is the whole of the day when sailing is going on. Make sure you select the correct one - they're usually displayed in order am - pm - eve where there are more than one on that day.
- Select up to 10 duties - the more you select the more likely your request will be answered.
- Click on "Request a Swap" at the bottom of the page.
- Members who are willing to swap will contact you and you will be able to confirm their offer.
- Give the process time to work through.
