John Turnbull (Committee)

John Turnbull was a loyal and committed member of Scaling Dam Sailing Club and held many key roles within the club including Commodore, Regional Race Officer and then latterly was Trustee for the club. John was always willing to help out in the race office

John was a stickler for getting procedure right and without John's contribution the club would not be what it is today.

For those wishing to attend John's funeral, it will take place on Thursday 1st February at St Bede's Chapel, Middlesbrough Crematorium at 10.30am.

The family have requested no flowers

2. In the 'portal' go to 'MY PROFILE' and check your personal details.
3. Go to 'RENEW' and renew the membership and boat park(s) listed there.

WORKING PARTIES (Steve Fletcher)

The club runs pre-season working parties to carry out general repairs and maintenance in the club house and around the grounds. Your help would be appreciated in order to get us ready for the 2024 season.

The planned dates, weather permitting, are Sunday February 11th, 18th and 25th.

There will be a job list, materials and equipment in the club house, however, do feel free to bring your own tools.

Paddlefest Tickets (Deb Hodgson)

The paddlefest tickets are now available . They are open to members only for 2 weeks to make sure we all get chance to buy a ticket (incase we sell out).
