The 64th Lord Birket weekend. Known to be the highlight of the sailing season, the Lord Birket is a two day regatta event at Ullswater Sailing Club where sailors will race from the clubhouse down the lake to the island and back, competing in challenging conditions the event is a well participated event from Scaling Dam in the past, with numerous members winning the event - Judy Armstrong, Keith Kaush, and Peter Snowdon to name a few.
