DBS Information

There are 4 levels of DBS ( Data Barring Service) check available for organisations and their employees and volunteers :

BASIC - This dicloses only unspent convictions, that is convictions which still appear on a person's record.( Fee of £18)
STANDARD - This checks both spent and unspent convictions but is only for specified positions - NOT including sport.
ENHANCED - Checks for both spent and unspent convictions and any other relevant information. This level can be requested for individuals working closely and regularly with children and adults.
ENHANED with Barred List Check - As above but also checks that the individual has not been barred fron working with vulnerable groups
